How do I send equipment in for a repair?

In order to make sending equipment in for repair convenient for you and your facility’s requirements, we have multiple options:

i. Complete the online repair form here. You will be able to download a copy of the repair form and a shipping address label. Print the repair form and place in the box with the equipment and attach the shipping label to the box. In order to streamline the process, a copy of the completed repair form gets sent directly to us. If possible, include the problem you are having with your pump.

ii. Download a PDF of our Repair Form here. Complete the form and place it in the box with the equipment. If possible, include the problem you are having with your pump.

iii. Call a customer service representative at 888.516.1435 to get a Return Goods Authorization.

iv. Send an email to [email protected] with details of the equipment along with billing and shipping address you are sending in and our customer service representative will email you a return goods authorization.
